Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. • Manage front desk operations and client flow. • Respond to enquiries in person, by telephone, and online. • Maintain client confidentiality and accurate records. • Receive and reconcile daily cash and electronic payments. • Maintain petty cash records and prepare daily reports. • Enter and update client information in relevant systems. • Support audits and data quality reviews. • Manage front desk supplies and administrative logistics. • Collaborate with clinical and support teams to enhance client satisfaction. • Perform any additional duties that support the effective operation of the centre. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Client satisfaction and quality of service. • Accuracy of financial records and reconciliations. • Timely submission of reports. • Data quality and record management. • Compliance with MSIG policies and procedures.
