Compensation Management • Oversee salary review cycles, merit increases, internal movements, and market adjustments. • Conduct regular compensation benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness. • Manage job evaluation and grading processes to maintain pay equity and transparency. • Provide advisory support to HR Business Partners and line managers on compensation decisions. • Develop recommendations for salary adjustments, pay reviews and reward policies. • Ensure effective governance and approval processes for compensation decisions. • Ensure consistent application of compensation policies across the organization Incentives and Variable Pay Management •Design, implement and manage short-term and long-term incentive plans. •Ensure alignment of incentive structures with organisational performance goals. •Monitor incentive scheme effectiveness and cost impact. •Provide guidance to leadership on performance-linked reward mechanisms.
