ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES •Deliver structured training on Jumbo drilling operations (e.g., face drilling, pattern accuracy, hole alignment). •Train operators on safe equipment handling in compliance with mine safety standards and procedures. •Assess trainee competency using practical and theoretical evaluations. •Coach operators on drilling accuracy, penetration rates, and productivity optimization. •Ensure correct application of drill plans, mark-ups, and geological instructions. •Monitor and correct operator behavior in confined underground environments. •Train on pre-start inspections and equipment checks. •Guide operators on basic troubleshooting and fault reporting. •Promote adherence to ground support
