As a Junior Key Account Manager (KAM) at Jumia Ghana, you will drive category revenue and platform assortment by scaling strategic relationships across a high-volume portfolio of mid-tier and emerging sellers. You will leverage automated systems, self-service tools, and standardised guidelines to optimise dozens of vendor accounts, boost inventory depth, and maximise seller participation in major commercial events.

What you will be doing:

Source, onboard, and grow a large portfolio of long-tail sellers to rapidly expand Jumia Ghana's product variety and inventory depth.

Drive high content standards, competitive pricing, and reliable stock availability across thousands of emerging SKUs.

Monitor key operational metrics including seller fulfillment rates, out-of-stock percentages, and daily revenue contributions.

Utilise self-service tools, automated workflows, and standardized communication to manage high-volume accounts efficiently.

Mobilise long-tail vendor participation in major Jumia Ghana shopping events, including Black Friday, Tech Week, and Jumia Anniversary Sales.

Experience

  • in e-commerce or account management.
  • Track record of managing high-volume vendor or seller portfolios in a marketplace environment.
