- Jumia Ghana is hiring a Key Account Manager for its Appliance and TV category. The role owns commercial growth, vendor relationships, assortment quality, pricing, campaign execution and marketplace performance for home appliances and television products.

Responsibilities
- Manage key appliance and TV accounts, including top brands, distributors and local vendors.
- Develop and implement category strategies that grow sales volume, revenue, market share, margin contribution and stock availability.
- Work with sales, marketing, operations, logistics and content teams on campaigns, inbound scheduling, product listings and customer-ready execution.
- Analyse sales data, inventory health, consumer electronics trends, competitor positioning and pricing gaps to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead commercial negotiations for exclusive launches, competitive pricing, strong supplier terms and reliable operational fulfilment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of commercial or account management experience, preferably in e-commerce, consumer electronics, home appliances or retail.
- Good understanding of appliance and TV categories, including display technologies, home electronics specifications, brand positioning and consumer trends.
