Operate production machines and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal efficiency. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults, carrying out minor repairs where required. Report major equipment failures and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs. Ensure machines are properly set up before production runs. Monitor product quality during production and make adjustments to maintain specifications. Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and downtime records. Keep workstations and machinery clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Adhere to company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies at all times. Collaborate with production supervisors and other technicians to achieve production targets. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and productivity.
