Responsibilities
•Lead the execution of planned and corrective maintenance on the plant. •Enforce work order discipline and AMM / SAP PM data quality through the Technical Supervisors and the Maintenance Planner. •Lead breakdown analysis (BDA / GSTD / RCA) and drive the elimination of chronic losses with the Reliability Engineer whiles deploying PM and AM pillar methodologies on the plant. •Steer the cost mix (Breakdown, Planned, Condition-Based, 3rd-party) and prioritize repair over systematic replacement with the M&I Store and the TSWG. •Lead, coach and develop the Technical Supervisors, the Maintenance Planner and, through them, the maintenance technicians. •Partner with Production to eliminate safety risks, quality defects and chronic technical issues on the plant. •Drive the adoption of digital maintenance tools on the plant: AMM Mobile, POKA, TrendMiner / condition monitoring, DMO analytics Qualification Required &
