Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the company’s growth and profitability
- Develop and execute the company’s strategic and
- Lead sales, marketing, technical service, finance and administrative teams
- Strengthen relationships with international manufacturers, government agencies, healthcare institutions and development partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, risk management and corporate governance
- Prepare and present reports to the Board of Directors
- Build a high-performance organizational culture focused on innovation, accountability and customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Applicants should possess:
- •A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Science, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Engineering or a related discipline
- •A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) will be a significant advantage.
- •At least 10 years of progressive management experience, with 5 years in a senior leadership role
- •
- in the medical diagnostics, healthcare, pharmaceutical, laboratory equipment or related industry is highly desirable
- •Strong commercial, financial, negotiating and leadership skills
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
