Responsibilities
Product Promotion & Sales Promote and market the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, and other medical institutions. Conduct product presentations, detailing sessions, and educational meetings to increase product awareness and adoption. Execute strategic sales activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and implement territory sales plans to maximize market penetration. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers. Provide professional product information and respond to customer inquiries. Ensure excellent customer service while maintaining regular client engagement. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions. Business Development Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Develop strategies for acquiring new clients while retaining existing customers. Support product launches and promotional campaigns. Territory Management Plan and organize daily field visits to healthcare facilities. Maintain an updated database of customers and sales activities. Prepare regular sales reports, customer feedback reports, and market intelligence updates. Ensure proper coverage of assigned territories.
