- The MEP Project Manager will oversee mechanical, electrical and plumbing project execution from planning to completion, ensuring quality, safety and cost efficiency.
- Duties and
- Base salary paid into the bank account
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the work of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subcontractors to prevent spatial conflicts and ensure the systems work together seamlessly.
- Supervise the installation process on site to ensure the work is done according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for constructability and compliance with building codes.
- Develop detailed schedules for MEP installations and manage the budget to ensure the project stays on track and within cost.
- Serve as the main point of contact for resolving technical issues or conflicts that arise between different MEP trades, the main contractor, and the design team.
- Oversee the final testing and startup of all MEP systems to confirm they operate correctly before the building is handed over to the owner.
- Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Ten years of
Experience
- in construction or MEP.

- Good understanding of building, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
