Responsibilities
Provide safe and timely transportation for staff and company business Plan routes ahead of time to ensure punctuality, taking traffic conditions into account Run official errands, including deliveries and pick-ups, as assigned Keep the vehicle clean, fuelled, and in good working condition at all times Report any vehicle faults, servicing needs, or incidents promptly Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance Observe all road safety regulations and company driving policies Conduct routine checks on the vehicle (oil, water, tyres, lights) before trips Carry out any other related duties as assigned
