- LB Group is looking for a creative and technically capable National Service Personnel with a background in Architecture to support its property development and construction projects. The successful candidate will work with the project and development teams and gain practical

Responsibilities
- Assist in developing architectural concepts and design proposals.
- Prepare and update architectural drawings and project documentation.
- Support the preparation of design presentations and project proposals.
- Assist with site visits, inspections and project monitoring.
- Support the interpretation and application of architectural drawings.
- Assist with coordinating architectural
Requirements
Location: East Legon, Accra.

Support the preparation of project specifications and documentation.
Assist in reviewing design changes and incorporating approved revisions.
Conduct research on materials, design trends and construction solutions.
Support the preparation of 2D and 3D visualisations where required.
Assist with maintaining organised project drawings and documentation.

Perform other architectural and project-related duties assigned.
Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
Good knowledge of architectural design principles.
Proficiency in relevant architectural/design software will be an advantage.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical documentation.
Good visualisation and creative problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Interest in real estate development and construction.
Willingness to learn and work on live development projects.
Ability to undertake site visits when required.
