Role Overview
LB Group is seeking a creative and technologically inclined National Service Personnel with skills or academic training in 3D Design, Architectural Visualisation, Construction Design or a related discipline. The successful candidate will support the organisation's property development and construction teams by producing high-quality 3D models, visualisations and presentations that help communicate development concepts and project designs.
Key
Responsibilities
- Develop 3D models and visualisations for real estate and construction projects.
- Convert architectural drawings and concepts into 3D representations.
- Produce realistic renders and presentation-quality visualisations.
- Assist architects and project teams in visualising proposed developments.
- Develop interior and exterior 3D concepts where required.
- Assist with design modifications and revisions.
- Prepare visual materials for client presentations and project proposals.
- Support the creation of walkthroughs, animations or other visual presentation materials where applicable.
- Maintain and organise 3D models, project files and design documentation.
- Research materials, finishes, landscaping and other elements to improve visualisation quality.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and project teams.
- Assist with preparing marketing visuals for real estate developments.
- Stay updated on emerging 3D design and visualisation technologies.

Requirements
Location: East Legon, Accra.
Bachelor's degree, diploma or relevant academic background in Architecture, 3D Design, Construction Design, Graphic Design, Visualisation or a related field.
Demonstrable knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering.
Proficiency in relevant 3D design software will be an advantage.
Strong visualisation and creative design abilities.
Understanding of architectural and construction drawings.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into compelling visual presentations.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong interest in real estate, architecture and construction technology.
