The successful applicant will support IT users, basic systems administration, troubleshooting, documentation and technology-related tasks within OmniGroup.
What You Will Do
Assist with basic IT support, user requests, troubleshooting and equipment follow-up.
Support software, hardware, network or systems documentation under supervision.
Help maintain simple trackers for IT assets, requests and resolved issues.
Work with team members to improve user support and practical technology routines.
Follow data protection, access control and confidentiality expectations when handling systems information.
Candidate Profile
Eligible for the 2026/2027 National Service year.
Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer systems, troubleshooting and user support.
