Role Overview
LB Group is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded National Service Personnel with a background in Real Estate Management or a related discipline. The successful candidate will support the organisation's real estate and property-related activities while gaining practical exposure to property development, property management, real estate research, client relations and investment activities.
Key
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day real estate and property administration.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of property records and documentation.
- Conduct basic research on property markets, locations, developments and market trends.
- Assist with property inspections and site visits.
- Support property listings, marketing and property information preparation.
- Assist with collecting and analysing property-related data.
- Support property valuation and market assessment activities where required.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations and property briefs.
- Support client and stakeholder communication.
- Assist with monitoring property development activities.
- Maintain accurate records of properties, projects and related transactions.
- Support the real estate team with due diligence and documentation.
- Assist with other real estate investment and development activities as assigned.

Requirements
Location: East Legon, Accra.
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Real Estate, Land Economy, Property Studies or a related discipline.
Strong interest in real estate and property development.
Good analytical and research skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of basic real estate principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Good organisational and documentation skills.
Ability to conduct field/site visits when required.
Commercial awareness and willingness to learn.
