Project background
The ACET Youth Employment and Skills (YES) team is seeking a National Service Personnel to support day-to-day programme implementation, event and meeting logistics, digital content, knowledge resources, and administrative work.

Job summary
The YES work programme focuses on research, analysis, peer learning, and policy engagement. The successful candidate will support the team with research, coordination, documentation, and content management activities.
Roles and
Responsibilities
Conduct desk research and compile information on youth employment, education, TVET, skills development, and labour market trends.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, briefs, routine correspondence, and programme documentation.
Support knowledge management, records management, and the day-to-day management of the YES-PACT Portal.
Create and organise digital content, maintain knowledge resources, monitor user engagement, and support content dissemination.
Support the planning and coordination of YES events, meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
Prepare meeting materials, document proceedings, and liaise with ACET's Communications and Events teams.
