Basic understanding of construction methods, building materials, construction processes, and project operations. Good understanding of quantity take-offs, measurements, costing, or preparation of Bills of Quantities will be an advantage. Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good attention to detail, particularly when handling measurements, quantities, costs, drawings, and project documentation. Ability to read and interpret basic architectural, structural, and construction drawings will be an advantage. Good organizational and documentation skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word . Knowledge of construction-related software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Quantity Surveying/estimating software will be an advantage. Responsibilities
