Provide onsite and remote Break & Fix support for networking and infrastructure-related incidents. Deploy, configure, and manage Nutanix HCI environments (AOS, AHV, Prism). Perform system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, virtualization, and network issues. Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems involving TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and related technologies. Implement and support backup and disaster recovery solutions. Respond to critical incidents and service requests within agreed response times. Collaborate with global and regional teams on infrastructure and cloud-related projects. Maintain accurate technical documentation, incident reports, and service records. Ensure professional interaction with end users, stakeholders, and customers at all times. Required Skills &
Experience
