Responsibilities
- Lead daily OCC activities and coordinate operational control support for scheduled airline operations.
- Guide flight dispatch, operational monitoring, disruption response, communication, and escalation processes in line with company procedures.
- Support operational planning, safety awareness, schedule integrity, and coordination with internal teams and external aviation stakeholders.
- Monitor operational performance, prepare reports, support audits or reviews, and ensure issues affecting flight operations are escalated promptly.
Requirements
- Relevant aviation operations, airline operations control, flight dispatch, or air transport management experience.
- Strong understanding of operational control, dispatch support, regulatory expectations, safety management, and airline disruption handling.
- Ability to lead teams, make timely operational decisions, communicate clearly, and manage pressure in a live operations environment.
- Professional discipline, attention to detail, strong reporting skills, and readiness to work within airline operational schedules.
