We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive

Office Assistant

to provide administrative support and help ensure that daily office and business activities run smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable managing documents, schedules, communications, data, and routine administrative tasks while supporting team members and maintaining an organized work environment.

  • Provide general administrative support to managers and team members.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files, documents, records, and databases.
  • Manage routine emails, messages, calls, and administrative requests.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and team activities.
