About the Role
A Private Security Company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Maganer to lead and oversee the company’s security operations to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality security services, client satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the security company.
- Supervise and coordinate security personnel across various client sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure security standards and client
Requirements
- are met.
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate deployment of security personnel.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, performance, and appearance.
- Investigate and report security incidents and recommend appropriate actions.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Liaise with clients to address concerns and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Coordinate staff training and development programs.
- Manage operational resources, including security equipment and vehicles.
- Prepare regular operational reports for management.
- Support the recruitment, deployment, and performance evaluation of security personnel.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and operational challenges.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications in security management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’
Experience
- in security operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of security procedures, risk management, and incident response.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
