Responsibilities
- Coordinate repair, maintenance and engineering work for fuel-station equipment so sites remain safe, compliant and operational.
- Monitor station adherence to company brand standards, regulatory

- and health, safety, environment and quality expectations.
- Conduct variance analysis and operational performance reviews, turning station data and field observations into practical follow-up actions.
- Support training for site staff on operational routines, safety standards, equipment care and compliance expectations.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of the Retail and Operations Analyst, Station Managers and Liaison Supervisor.
- Visit station sites regularly, identify operating risks, escalate urgent issues and follow through until corrective actions are completed.
- Work with the General Manager and relevant support teams to improve service reliability, cost control, documentation and station discipline.
- Advanced degree or master's qualification in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- A relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
- Five to ten years of practical
