Train and mentor junior technicians on fumigation techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols. Provide technical support and resolve issues arising during fumigation activities. Inspect, set up, and operate fumigation equipment, ensuring it functions properly. Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on fumigation tools and machinery. Ensure the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for the team. Implement and enforce strict safety measures to protect workers, clients, and the environment. Ensure compliance with local and international fumigation regulations, such as the safe handling and disposal of fumigants. Monitor air quality and gas levels during and after fumigation using detection equipment. Prepare detailed records of fumigation activities, including chemical usage, environmental conditions, and results. Submit reports on completed projects and any incidents that occurred during fumigation.
