Salary: Ghc 3,500- GHC 5,000
The Order Processing & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of order processing and logistics activities. The role supports the timely and accurate movement of orders from receiving orders through processing, dispatch and delivery, while coordinating with relevant departments to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
KEY DUTIES:
Oversee all order processing activities to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and Warehouse to resolve order issues, including discrepancies, approvals and stock availability. Follow up on pending, delayed or incomplete orders to ensure timely processing and fulfilment. Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the Warehouse team to ensure orders are prepared for dispatch. Coordinate the dispatch and delivery of processed orders and monitor their status through to completion. Maintain accurate order processing, dispatch and delivery records and prepare relevant reports as required. Identify processing and delivery delays, recurring issues and operational gaps and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with order processing and logistics procedures and internal controls. Provide guidance and support to the Order Processing team.
