About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate
Otolaryngologist (ENT Specialist)
with at least 5 years of clinical practice to deliver member-centred care across our clinics. You will diagnose and treat conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck, ensuring safe medical practices, member satisfaction, and contributing to operational efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities
- Clinical Care:
- Diagnose, treat, and manage ENT-related conditions including hearing disorders, sinus issues, allergies, throat infections, and head & neck diseases.
- Member Assessment:
- Conduct thorough ENT examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests (audiometry, imaging, endoscopy), and develop treatment plans.
- Procedures & Surgery:
- Perform outpatient procedures and surgical interventions such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, sinus surgery, and ear procedures.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with general practitioners, audiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists to ensure optimal member outcomes.
Education
- & Counseling:
- Provide preventive care guidance, lifestyle advice, and counseling to members and families on ENT health.
- Accurate Records:
- Maintain complete and precise member records in electronic health systems.
- Safe Environment:
- Promote a safe and positive environment for members and staff.
- WOW Service:
- Go above and beyond to serve members, prospective or existing.
- Outreach & Enrollment:
- Support outreach activities and member enrollment initiatives.
- Leadership:
- Mentor junior clinicians and contribute to continuous improvement in clinical operations.

- MBChB or equivalent medical degree with specialization in Otolaryngology (ENT)
- Current and valid license with the Ghana Medical and Dental Council
