Responsibilities
Distributor Management Manage distributors comprehensively, including customer operations, team management, developing operational capabilities, and overseeing personnel, vehicles, finances, and inventory. CRM Team Management Build and manage the CRM sales representative team. Ensure effective use of the customer's CRM system and conduct data analysis to improve sales performance. Market Development & Analysis Conduct regular market visits within the assigned territory. Visit retail outlets and analyze the competitive landscape between the company's products and competitors' products. Develop and implement strategies based on market findings. Issue Resolution Assist in handling and resolving other unexpected situations or operational challenges as they arise. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 1 year of
