Process monthly payroll for thousands of employees, ensuring accuracy and timely salary payments. Calculate payroll based on attendance, overtime, shift allowances, bonuses, leave, and other payroll-related data. Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data in the HR system. Reconcile payroll data and resolve payroll discrepancies. Process statutory deductions and submissions, including PAYE, SSNIT, Tier 2, and Tier 3 Pension contributions. Provide payroll reports and support labor cost analysis and budgeting. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxation, and statutory benefits. Perform other payroll and HR-related duties as assigned. Job
