Requirements
Minimum of Diploma in
Education

- Montessori
Experience

- as a KG Teacher

- Excellent communication and instructional skills
- Must be warm, loving , patient , child friendly and reliable
Responsibilities
- Take charge of the 1-2 years room , 3-4 years room & 5-6 years room.
- Employ a variety Of Educational Techniques (Storytelling, Educational Play, Media Etc.) To Teach Children
- Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colors, do crafts etc.)
- Track children’s progress and report to parents
- Collaborate with other Teachers & Educators – Good Team Player
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children
- Observing each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
- Must live in spintex, baatsona, lashibi, nungua, klagon enclave
