CCA is offering a National Service placement within its Private Equity Investment team. This is a hands-on opportunity for a recent graduate to gain exposure to deal sourcing, end-to-end investment execution (investment thesis development, financial modelling), and portfolio support in a live investment environment.

Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end investment process on tasks including company and market research, investment thesis development, due diligence and transaction closing
- Conduct financial analyses, financial modelling, valuation and investment return analysis for prospective and existing investments
- Contribute to the preparation of investment memoranda, investment committee presentations and other approval materials
- Monitor portfolio company performance through financial, operational and strategic analysis
- Support portfolio value-creation initiatives, operational improvements and the implementation of strategic projects
- Engage with management teams, advisers, co-investors, lenders and other transaction stakeholders
- Support senior investment professionals on other tasks as may be required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum Second Class Upper in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (completed within the last 1–2 years)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfort working with numbers and data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial modelling is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
- Eagerness to learn, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive attitude
