- Rock Hill Limited is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, supplier management and logistics for its mining and oil & gas operations across West Africa.
- Key
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement, including sourcing, negotiation and purchasing.
- Develop and manage supplier and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate port-to-site logistics, imports and inventory.
- Ensure cost control, compliance and on-time delivery.
- Support project teams with equipment and materials sourcing.
Requirements
Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or a related field (CIPS or similar is an advantage).
Proven procurement / supply-chain experience, ideally in mining, energy or heavy industry.
Strong negotiation, supplier-management and organisational skills.
Knowledge of import and logistics processes and vendor compliance.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Obuasi.
