- BGN Robinson is looking for an experienced Key Accounts & Retail Partnerships Manager to lead our expansion into Ghana’s largest retail and wholesale chains.
- This role is responsible for securing new retail listings, managing key customer relationships, and growing sales across both our sugar distribution business (BGN Robinson) and our consumer beverage brand (Fumi).

- Or another recognized national retail chain in Ghana.
- Existing relationships with retail buyers and procurement teams will be a significant advantage.
- Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of retail procurement and purchasing processes.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to grow sales and manage strategic customer accounts.
