Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual procurement plan for all branches.
- Monitor stock levels across all branches to avoid stock-outs and overstocking.
- Supervise central store operations, including proper storage, FIFO/FEFO, cold chain, and inventory control.
- Conduct monthly stock taking, stock reconciliation and generate stock variance reports.
- Manage distribution and logistics of supplies to all branches.
- Ensure all procured drugs and consumables are FDA approved and from certified suppliers.

- Bachelor's degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
- Minimum one to three years'
- in procurement and supply chain, preferably in a healthcare/pharmaceutical setting.
