The
Products and Projects Officer
is a critical role at Npontu, responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s products and projects. The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective product development, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key
Responsibilities
1. Product Development
Define and prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps and gather requirements.
Ensure product delivery meets customer expectations.
Ensure product development is completed
on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards
.
2. Project Management
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Coordinate project activities and maintain accurate project documentation.
Ensure effective communication among project team members.
Identify and mitigate project risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
Ensure project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
3. Stakeholder Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including
customers, partners, and internal teams
.
Keep stakeholders informed about product and project progress, milestones, and changes.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are appropriately addressed.
Identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
4. Operations and Maintenance
Ensure products are properly maintained, updated, and supported throughout their lifecycle.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of projects to ensure they are executed efficiently and effectively.
