About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to guide products from their initial concept through launch and ongoing iteration. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, translating user and business needs into a clear roadmap, and collaborating closely with design, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to bring products to fruition.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Lead products from ideation and conception through prototyping, development, launch, and post-launch iteration.
- Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities and validate product decisions.
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development.
- Collaborate closely with design to shape user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively solve user problems.
- Partner with engineering throughout the build process to ensure products are delivered on scope and with high quality.
- Define and track success metrics (KPIs) for products and features, using data to inform iteration.
- Run product discovery activities (user interviews, usability testing, A/B testing) to continuously validate assumptions.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage trade-offs and scope changes across cross-functional teams (design, engineering, QA, marketing, etc.).

- Strong understanding of product strategy, discovery, and prioritization frameworks.

- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to align engineering, design, and business stakeholders.

- Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for rapid prototyping and accelerating product development workflows.
