About the Role
We are looking for an analytical and curious National Service Personnel to join our Product team as a Product Manager. This role is ideal for a recent graduate interested in learning how great digital products are conceived, built, and improved. The National Service Person (NSP) will support the product team across research, planning, and execution, working closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Assist in gathering and documenting product
Requirements
- from stakeholders and users.
- Support market and competitor research to inform product decisions.
- Help maintain and organize the product backlog and roadmap.
- Assist in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams to track feature progress.
- Support user research and usability testing efforts.
- Help analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Assist in preparing product updates, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or HND) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field, completed within the last academic year.
- Must be validly posted by the National Service Secretariat (NSS) to the organization.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of how digital products (web/mobile) are built.
Preferred Qualifications
