- In light of the company's operational needs and growth strategy, there is a need to reorganize the production function to improve productivity and deliver operational targets. This makes the role of the Production Coordinator necessary to bridge the operational gap.

Responsibilities
- include:
- Coordinate daily production activities across cable manufacturing processes such as wire drawing, stranding, insulation, armouring, sheathing, and packaging.
- Ensure daily production activities are executed according to approved plans and customer delivery timelines
- Monitor production output and escalate delays, machine downtime, or material shortages
- Track production performance against established KPIs including output, waste, downtime, efficiency, and quality.
- Ensure production activities comply with company quality standards and product specifications
- Applicant should possess the following skills:
Experience
