Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily food production activities to achieve production targets and quality standards. Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of manufacturing orders. Ensure compliance with food safety standards including GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Monitor production lines to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency. Allocate manpower effectively and manage shift operations. Conduct routine inspections of machinery, equipment, and production processes. Coordinate with the Quality Assurance department to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize wastage during production processes. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and inventory usage documentation. Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to improve performance and productivity. Enforce discipline, workplace safety, and company operational procedures. Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering teams to address equipment breakdowns and preventive maintenance activities. Monitor adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the factory. Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
