Must have been appointed as a Professor by a recognized university with comparable conditions for appointment/promotion as those of GCTU. The conditions of GCTU include a minimum of three (3) years of
as an Associate Professor and a minimum of fifteen (15) publications in recognized journals; OR
An Associate Professor seeking appointment to the rank of Professor will first be appointed as an Associate Professor to undergo the University's promotion process.
