- Key responsibilities
- Convert project ideas, management priorities and client requirements into clear work plans with timelines, owners, budgets and measurable deliverables.
- Coordinate project activity across business units such as ecommerce, media, technology, retail, creative production and general operations.
- Monitor progress closely, identify stalled tasks or dependency issues and follow up with the right people before deadlines are missed.
- Keep stakeholders informed through concise updates, meeting notes, progress reports and practical recommendations.
- Manage project risks related to scope, cost, timing, resource availability, vendor performance and quality expectations.
- Support process improvements that make recurring projects easier to plan, track and complete.
- Work with internal teams, external partners and clients in a way that keeps communication professional and decisions documented.
- Help management compare project outcomes against goals so future work can be planned with better data and clearer priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
- Proven experience managing projects, operations or cross-functional work from planning to completion.
- Strong organisation, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage several active projects while staying clear on deadlines, budgets, owners, risks and quality standards.
- Experience using project-management tools, workflow systems, spreadsheets or similar planning platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability, especially when priorities change or teams need quick clarity.
