- Develop cost plans and project budgets.
- Monitor expenditures and maintain accurate cost reports.

- Support timely financial forecasting.
- Assist with tender preparation.
- Carry out valuation of work completed.
- Assist with variation claims.
- Support project risk assessment and informed decision-making.

- Qualifications
- Strong cost control and cost management skills to oversee project budgets and financial performance.
- Proficiency in preparing and analysing BOQs, including detailed quantity take-offs and measurements.
Experience
- in cost planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and lifecycle cost analysis.
- Ability to produce clear and timely cost reports for stakeholders and project leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in:
