Summary We are seeking high-output, street-smart Recruitment Specialists with deep factory recruitment
Responsibilities
Execute high-volume recruitment of factory hands, artisans, and operational staff. Conduct bulk screening, interviews, shortlisting, and deployment coordination. Support recruitment for skilled roles when required. Conduct field recruitment drives in targeted communities. Engage community leaders to source candidates. Represent the company during recruitment activations, walk-ins, and community engagements. Maintain accurate recruitment records and daily hiring trackers. Support onboarding documentation and ensure candidates meet joining requirements. Update recruitment data in real time and support processes. Uphold recruitment standards, ethics, and compliance at all times. Qualification Required &
