Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory positions, including production workers, technicians, warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors. Source candidates through job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, referrals, and local recruitment channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Organize walk-in interviews, job fairs, and mass recruitment activities. Requirements
