1. Competitor & Market Analysis
Monitor competitors’ strategies, products, and services to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and preferences to generate actionable insights.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to ensure Npontu remains competitive and innovative.
2. Research & Intelligence
Conduct field research to gather relevant data and information on emerging technologies, innovations, and industry best practices.
Analyze research findings and translate them into meaningful insights for business decision-making.
Develop high-quality research reports, analyses, and recommendations to inform the direction and strategy of various departments and the organization as a whole.
3. Strategic & Business Support
Provide data-driven insights to support
product development, marketing strategies, business development
, and other key areas of the organization.
Contribute to the development of Npontu’s overall strategy and direction by providing objective, data-driven recommendations.
Identify emerging opportunities that could contribute to the company’s growth, competitiveness, and innovation.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure research outputs are
relevant, timely, and actionable

Work with various departments to understand their research and information needs and provide appropriate insights and recommendations.
5. Research Publications & Thought Leadership
Develop and publish
