- KGL Technology is recruiting a Risk Manager to design, implement and lead the Group's enterprise risk management framework across regulated company operations, financial services, microfinance, payments and capital investment activities.
- Key
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise risk management policies, registers and monitoring processes.
- Provide independent visibility into financial, operational, regulatory, technology and reputational risks.
- Embed a proactive risk culture across subsidiaries and business units.
- Support executive management with risk analysis, controls review and mitigation follow-up.
- Track risk exposures across financial services, gaming, betting and investment operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Economics or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
- Professional risk certification such as FRM, PRM, IRM or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Minimum ten years' progressive
Experience
- in enterprise risk management, internal audit or compliance.
- Exposure to financial services, gaming, betting or other regulated industries.
- building or scaling risk functions in a multi-entity or group structure.
- Working knowledge of Ghanaian regulatory frameworks, including Bank of Ghana requirements, is highly desirable.
