Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all workplace safety activities within the factory.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Ensure employees comply with safety rules, procedures, and the proper use of PPE.
- Monitor the safe operation of machinery, equipment, electrical systems, and other factory activities.
- Support fire prevention, emergency preparedness, evacuation drills, and accident response.
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare safety reports.
- Conduct safety training, toolbox meetings, and safety awareness programs for employees.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, incident reports, and other related documentation.
- Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, and HR teams to resolve safety issues.
