- The Sales Consultant is expected to understand customer needs, identify suitable service solutions, prepare and present proposals, follow through on leads and prospects, and support long-term customer retention through professional and reliable service.

- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, field visits, telephone calls, and structured sales activity.
- Visit potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Rentokil Initial solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service recommendations that match customer requirements.
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and follow up consistently to convert opportunities into sales.
- Achieve agreed sales targets, revenue goals, and activity expectations.
