Resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining excellent customer service. Prepare and submit sales reports, market intelligence reports, sales forecasts, and customer visit reports. Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and product delivery. Execute trade promotions and marketing campaigns to increase product visibility and sales. Represent the company professionally at trade exhibitions, dealer meetings, and customer events.
