Promote and sell OLAM Ghana's products to existing and prospective customers within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key customers. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct regular market visits to monitor customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends. Ensure effective product distribution and availability across assigned territories. Execute trade promotions, merchandising activities, and product launches. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit accurate market intelligence. Resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
