Must have been appointed as a Senior Lecturer by a recognized university with comparable conditions for appointment/promotion as those of GCTU. The conditions of GCTU include a minimum of four (4) years of
as a Lecturer and at least six (6) publications in recognized journals; OR
A Lecturer seeking appointment to the rank of Senior Lecturer will first be appointed as a Lecturer to undergo the University's promotion process.
