The Senior Manager will serve as a Group Head responsible for overseeing several branch operations and ensuring that each branch achieves its approved monthly sales, revenue, gross profit, productivity, and compliance targets. The role requires a hands-on leader who can drive performance, coach branch managers, develop business opportunities, improve customer satisfaction, strengthen operational controls, and maximize profitability. The successful candidate will be based at the company's Head Office located at Madina Zongo Junction and will be responsible for leading multiple retail branches and business units across assigned territories.
Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth Drive monthly sales and revenue growth across all assigned branches. Ensure branches consistently achieve approved sales and profitability targets. Develop and execute sales growth strategies. Identify and pursue new market opportunities. Drive customer acquisition and customer retention initiatives. Improve branch productivity and profitability. Monitor and analyze branch sales performance and implement corrective actions where required. Retail & Wholesale Operations Drive retail and wholesale sales of: Mobile Phones and SmartphonesMobile Phone AccessoriesConsumer ElectronicsTelevisionsHome AppliancesDigital GadgetsTechnology ProductsImprove product availability and stock turnover. Monitor stock ageing and inventory performance. Support dealer, wholesale, and trade partner development. Telecommunications & Digital Services Drive sales and growth of telecommunications products and services. Support Mobile Money and agency banking performance. Monitor customer service standards. Drive digital product performance and customer adoption. Pay TV Operations Drive subscription growth and customer acquisition. Support installations and after-sales service activities. Monitor branch performance relating to Pay TV operations. Ensure service quality standards are maintained. Leadership & People Management Supervise and mentor Branch Managers and branch teams. Conduct regular branch visits and operational reviews. Build a high-performance culture. Drive staff accountability and productivity. Support recruitment, training, and staff development initiatives.
